■ Commercial & Industrial Floor Coatings

Cracked, oil-stained, dusting concrete? We coat it to showroom grade.

Boise shops, warehouses, and showrooms run on the floor underfoot. We install commercial-grade epoxy systems that take forklift traffic, chemical spills, and freeze-thaw without chipping or peeling.

Free, no-obligation estimate. On-site spec and firm pricing before any work begins.

Your floor is working equipment. Treat it like it.

A bare concrete slab in a Boise shop or warehouse never stays bare for long. It soaks up oil and hydraulic fluid, throws off dust that settles on every product and tool you own, and cracks where freeze-thaw and heavy loads work the surface. Left alone, it gets harder to clean, harder to keep safe, and harder to look at.

A commercial-grade epoxy system stops that. We bond a sealed, non-porous coating to the slab that shrugs off spills, takes forklift and pallet-jack traffic, and wipes clean instead of staining. The right build for the job, spec'd to the loads and chemicals your space actually sees, not a one-size DIY kit that peels under hot tires in a season.

We are a Boise-based crew, not a national franchise that subs out the work and disappears when a coating fails. We prep it right, coat it right, and back it with a 10-year workmanship warranty. Call (208) 285-7685 for a free on-site spec and a firm number before any work starts.

The difference

Same slab. One system.

This is the kind of result a full grind-prime-flake-topcoat build delivers on a worn floor.

Built to spec

What goes into a commercial-grade floor.

A floor is only as good as the prep and the build under it. Here is how a professional system is layered.

Layer What it does Why it matters
Mechanical prep Diamond grind or shot blast, crack and joint repair The coating bonds into the slab instead of sitting on top. Skip this and it peels.
Primer coat Penetrating epoxy primer keyed into the profiled concrete Locks the system to the slab and seals the surface for the build above.
Base coat 100% solids epoxy, high-build for traffic and loads The structural thickness that carries forklift, vehicle, and impact loads.
Broadcast layer Decorative flake or quartz aggregate, optional anti-slip Adds traction, hides wear, and sets the finished look of the floor.
Topcoat Clear polyaspartic or polyurea seal UV stability, chemical and scratch resistance, and the wet-look gloss.

Final system, build thickness, and cure schedule are spec'd to your slab condition, loads, and chemical exposure during the on-site estimate.

How it works

We assess the slab, loads, and chemicals, then recommend the right system. Free, no obligation.

2

Firm quote

You get a written, upfront price and a schedule that works around your operations.

3

Prep & coat

Diamond grind, repair, prime, build, and topcoat. Done right, in sequence, with proper cure time.

Walk & warranty

We walk the finished floor with you and back it with a 10-year workmanship warranty.

Why it holds up

Commercial work needs a commercial crew.

Prep that actually bonds

We diamond grind or shot blast every slab. Most coating failures trace back to skipped prep, so we never skip it.

Spec'd to your loads

Forklift traffic, chemical exposure, and wash-down each call for a different build. We size the system to the real demands of your space.

Built around your hours

Downtime costs you money. We schedule and sequence the work to keep your operation moving wherever we can.

Local accountability

No out-of-state call center, no subbed-out crew. A Boise company with a real number that stands behind every floor.

10-year workmanship warranty

Every system we install is backed against peeling, delamination, and coating failure caused by installation defects. The quote we give you is the price you pay.

We coat commercial and residential floors across the Treasure Valley. Boise, Meridian, Nampa, Eagle, Caldwell, Star, Kuna, and Garden City. If your shop, warehouse, or property sits within roughly 40 miles of downtown Boise, there is a strong chance you are already on our map. Good questions

Frequently asked

Real questions from Boise shop owners, property managers, and homeowners.

How much does commercial epoxy flooring cost in Boise?
Commercial systems are priced by the square foot and by the build, since a warehouse rated for forklift traffic is a different system than a retail showroom. As a rough guide, professional systems generally run from a few dollars per square foot for a standard solid-color floor up into the higher range for high-build, chemical-resistant, or metallic finishes. Slab condition and crack repair affect the final number. We provide a free on-site estimate with firm, upfront pricing before any work begins.
Can your floors handle forklift and heavy traffic?
Yes. For warehouse and shop environments we install high-build, 100% solids epoxy systems rated for forklift, pallet-jack, and vehicle traffic. The right build thickness and a durable polyaspartic or polyurea topcoat are what carry those loads without chipping. We spec the system to the actual loads your floor sees.
Will the coating resist oil, chemicals, and wash-down?
A properly installed epoxy system is sealed and non-porous, so oil, hydraulic fluid, antifreeze, and most shop chemicals sit on top instead of soaking in. For auto shops, manufacturing, and other heavy-chemical environments we select systems with enhanced chemical-resistance ratings and add anti-slip aggregate at wash bays and lifts.
How long does a commercial install take, and how much downtime?
It depends on square footage, slab condition, and the number of coats. A typical project runs one to several days from prep through final topcoat, with cure time between layers. We schedule and sequence the work around your operating hours wherever possible to keep downtime to a minimum, and we give you a specific timeline in the quote.
Why not just use a DIY or big-box epoxy kit?
Hardware-store kits use thin, water-based epoxy and skip the steps that make a floor last: diamond grinding, moisture testing, crack repair, and commercial-grade materials. They tend to look good for a few months, then peel where hot tires sit. Our multi-coat commercial systems are built to last 10 to 20 years with proper installation and normal maintenance.
Can you coat an old or cracked concrete floor?
Yes, and we do it often. Old concrete needs to be mechanically profiled by diamond grinding or shot blasting, and cracks and spalling are repaired before coating. As long as the slab is structurally sound and free of serious moisture problems, age is not a barrier. We do not coat over wide or actively moving cracks until the underlying concrete issue is addressed.
Does epoxy hold up to Idaho's freeze-thaw cycles?
A bonded, professionally installed system holds up well because it is keyed into the slab rather than sitting on the surface. Epoxy is temperature-sensitive during install, so we schedule for the right conditions or bring the space up to temperature with heaters and never rush a cold-weather cure. That is exactly the kind of detail a DIY kit skips.
What warranty do you offer?
We back every installation with a 10-year workmanship warranty covering peeling, delamination, and coating failure caused by installation defects. We are a Boise-based company, so if anything ever needs attention you are dealing with the same local crew that did the work. Call (208) 285-7685 for details.
